There is a circular effect. That is why they have disallowed "exit polls" to be conducted at Polling Places in New York when people in California haven't voted yet. Why vote when they have already predicted the winner.If the newspaper said that times were good, would you say they were good just because the newspaper said it.... i don't think you would.
