    I’m not sure the exact height I think its B. And for the other answer, it is affecting coastal inhabitants places like New Orleans already proved that with massive flooding.

    I think C if enough ice melts, otherwise B (I thought about a meter). AFAIK there is still some uncertainty about whether antarctic ice passes a tipping point.
    Ocean temperature does make a small difference because water expands a bit, though that effect is I think negligible in comparison to melting ice sheets and glaciers.
    Coastal inhabitants are for certain threatened – many regions of major cities like London are less than 1m above high tide, apart from entire islands like Tuvalu and large areas of Bangladesh.
