top google searches?

I wanted to find the top google searches for the month/year but all i could find is what the most popular ones for the day are on google trends or whatever am i just not using google trends to it’s full potential or would i need to look elsewhere for that info?

Try with "Google Keyword Suggestion Tool" or "Google Labs"
