Where are things going with technology after SaaS. It evolved from the concepts of Application Service Providers (ASP), and I’m wondering if anyone has insight into what will be the next technological evolution after SaaS?
Going along the same out-sourced, out-of-mind, line it could easily extend into storage and document management as a service, workflow management as a service, identity management as a service, etc. It’s already growing fairly quickly in the industry.
