What are some likely workplace trends that will occur over the next 50 years?

Its an ‘Internet research’ assignment, but the internet doesn’t seem to indulge much in talk of economic factors, and such…

Anyone like to suggest some possible workplace trends that will occur by 2060? I also need to base them off past trends.
